Ordering & Process
For engraved items, you can order directly through our online shop. For custom apparel, promotional products, or anything that requires a quote, use our free consultation form. You can also call us at (531) 777-8985 or email mark@alphainscriptions.com.
Turnaround & Rush Orders
Turnaround depends on the type of order and the time of year:
- In-house items: 1–2 weeks standard · 3–4 weeks during the holiday season
- Sourced / vendor items: Up to 6 weeks, depending on vendor location
All timelines begin after final artwork and mockup approval — getting proofs signed off quickly keeps your order on schedule.
Products & Engraving
We do laser engraving only — no rotary engraving. Our fiber and CO2 laser systems produce clean, precise, and permanent results on metals, wood, glass, leather, acrylic, coated drinkware, and more.
Artwork & Files
Vector files give us the best results and are strongly preferred. Accepted vector formats include:
- Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
- Scalable Vector Graphic (.SVG)
- Unlocked / editable PDF
High-resolution raster images (JPG or PNG at 300 DPI or higher) may work depending on the design, but vector is always preferred for crisp, scalable results.
Policies
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. The exception is if a product arrives with a manufacturing or material defect — in that case, we will make it right. If there's ever a concern with your order, please reach out and we'll work with you.
