You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations, or to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

Alpha Inscriptions specializes in custom engraving, personalized gifts, promotional products, apparel, and print services. Because most products are personalized to your specifications, all sales are final once production begins.

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

• All artwork, text, logos, and designs you provide are accurate and approved for production
• You own or have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or copyrighted material submitted
• You have proofread all text; Alpha Inscriptions is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors
• Colors may vary slightly between digital proofs and finished products due to material differences

All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees, to your chosen payment method.

For custom quotes (apparel, large orders, promotional products), pricing is provided after consultation and is valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real-time UPS rates based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Estimated delivery times are provided by UPS and are estimates only — Alpha Inscriptions is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with UPS.

Because our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

To request a review of a defective or incorrect order, email us at mark@alphainscriptions.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order cancellations may be accepted if production has not yet begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Alpha Inscriptions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting artwork or designs for production, you grant Alpha Inscriptions a non-exclusive license to reproduce and use that material solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your designs for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes content that is:

• Obscene, defamatory, or hateful
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of a third party
• Illegal under any applicable law
• Threatening or harassing to any individual or group

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Inscriptions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
